The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) has shrunk VolkerFitzpatrick to ship enhancements to the RAF Coningsby’s Air Running Surfaces, together with the airfield’s taxiways and apron spaces. Aecom is consulting engineer for the scheme.
