Glencar has been appointed to construct 16-acre 284,575 sq feet multi-unit business scheme in Luton, referred to as Hillwood Park Luton.
The appointment follows Glencar’s of completion of Crewe 335 (335,000 sq feet) in Crewe and ongoing structure of Martland Park (101,860 sq feet) in Wigan, each for Hillwood, reinforcing a rising partnership between developer and contractor.
Glencar has been engaged at pre-construction degree to development the scheme via the following stages of detailed design and supply.
Hillwood Park Luton is a 16-acre, multi-unit business and logistics construction at the Sundon Park Business Property in Luton.
