Ventro Team has obtained Birmingham-based hearth protection, M&E and refurbishment contractor Harrold Jones Services and products (HJS), because it seeks to enlarge its nationwide development protection compliance providing.

Ventro stated HJS will upload annual earnings of £13.7m to the £36.9m-turnover team.
Plymouth-based Ventro generated a pre-tax benefit of £3.3m in its newest accounts for the 12 months to 31 March 2025.
