Windsor police say a person has been arrested in reference to the robbery of a $30,000 mini-excavator.
Participants of the Goal Base Unit started an investigation in overdue March, after the apparatus used to be stolen from a industry on Rhodes Pressure. The suspect used to be observed on video loading the excavator onto a trailer connected to his pickup truck, then riding away.
In April, individuals of the Downside-Orientated Policing (POP) Unit positioned a 37-year-old guy on Tuscarora Street close to Langlois Boulevard and took him into custody.
The mini-excavator continues to be lacking.
Any individual with knowledge in this robbery or at the whereabouts of the excavator must name the Windsor police’s Goal Base Unit at (519) 255-6700, extension 4350. Nameless pointers could also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
