Developer Richardson Barberry has appointed Caddick Development as primary contractor for a 63,000 sq feet warehouse unit at Forrest Park, a £250m trade park in Newton Aycliffe.

DPD has signed a 25-year hire for the unit on an eight-acre web site at Forrest Park, a three way partnership between Durham County Council and native landowners the Forrest circle of relatives, subsequent to Junction 59 of the A1(M).
