Housing affiliation Brilliant Housing has appointed PMC Building because the fundamental contractor for the primary segment of its Victory Quay building.
Victory Quay is a long-unused brownfield website at Tipner East on Portsmouth’s northern waterfront. It’s earmarked for a building of 835 new properties of various tenures, with Brilliant bringing ahead 183 gadgets within the first segment in partnership with Portsmouth Town Council and Properties England.
PMC Building, a £50m-turnover contractor this is based totally in Portsmouth, is now beginning the groundworks and website preparation.
Its contract for the primary segment contains:
