Muse has introduced ahead its Horsham housing plans in partnership with landowner West Sussex County Council and sister corporate Lovell as a part of a much wider new residential neighbourhood.
Muse used to be decided on as West Sussex County Council’s most popular building spouse in 2021 for a former prescription drugs web page that has been vacant for greater than a decade.
The making plans software seeks to ship 244 new reasonably priced properties throughout the rising neighbourhood. Those are set to vary from one-bedroom residences via to four-bedroom circle of relatives homes.
Lovell has already submitted a separate software for the rest of the web page to ship a mix of reasonably priced and for-sale housing.
