Grainger and Barratt Redrow collaborate on BTR scheme

Hooked up Residing London has agreed to ahead fund and obtain a 195-home build-to-rent (BTR) scheme at Chiswick Achieve in Bollo Lane, West London, to be advanced in partnership by way of Barratt Redrow.

Hooked up Residing London is a three way partnership between Grainger, the United Kingdom’s biggest indexed residential landlord, and puts for London, the valuables arm of Shipping for London (TfL),

It’s Grainger’s first BTR collaboration with a significant UK housebuilder.

The scheme, which is a brand new addition to the Hooked up Residing London pipeline, has detailed making plans consent and Gateway 2 approval from the Construction Protection Regulator to begin building. The improvement may also come with 4,299 sq feet of business area and 5,499 sq feet of inner amenity area for citizens together with co-working area and a fitness center.

The acquisition worth for the scheme is £68.4m (break up 51:49 between Grainger and Puts for London).

Building is predicted to begin inside of the following couple of weeks and sensible finishing touch is expected in overdue 2028.
