Hinckley & Bosworth Council has authorized plans submitted through trucking community Pall-Ex and industrial assets developer Barberry for the development of a freight distribution centre.
Pall-Ex’s new Centre of Excellence will quilt 408,000 sq feet, with an extra 100,000 sq feet of cover house, on a 14.2-hectare website in Bardon.
The £80m facility will function the flagship logistics hub for the community and can space Pall-Ex’s UK and Eu headquarters.
No contractor has been decided on for the construct but, a spokesperson mentioned, no longer has a shortlist been drawn up.
