Beard Development has damaged flooring at the new Aspen Development on the Wooden Centre for Innovation in Headington, Oxford

Beard Development has been appointed primary contractor for a £7m growth of the Wooden Centre via the Oxford Consider, a charity with a challenge to inspire the pursuit of science.

Central to the improvement is the Aspen Development, which is able to sit down along the prevailing Linden Development and Science Oxford Centre that had been in the past constructed via Beard in 2018 and 2019.
