Ontario Provincial Police have laid fees after preventing a truck sporting an excavator that wasn’t strapped down.
On Wednesday morning, a member of the Essex County OPP Visitors Unit was once on patrol after they noticed a truck towing a flatbed trailer, which was once sporting a mini excavator.
A visitors prevent was once then performed on County Highway 42 at Banwell Highway in Tecumseh.
