Watkin Jones, supported by means of Maslow Capital, has purchased a web site on Malago Street in Bristol for a 484-bed purpose-built pupil lodging (PBSA) scheme.

Gross construction worth (GDV) is predicted to be roughly £100m.

The lodging will come with studios and 40 non-ensuite rooms throughout 3 blocks, a part of which will likely be nominated by means of the College of Bristol as it’s with regards to the college’s new Temple Quarter campus.
