Torus plans to broaden 9,000 new properties through 2029 and in addition has a rising retrofit programme for the 41,000 properties that it already owns and manages, basically round Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens.
For brand new building paintings it has appointed 13 contractors to a framework contract valued at £224m.
