The previous steelworks is to develop into the web page of the Hawthorn Inexperienced residential building, section one among a much wider regeneration initiative that may ship greater than 430 houses.
Hawthorn Inexperienced will include 97 three-, four- and five-bedroom semi-detached and indifferent houses. It’s going to be Miller Houses’ 3rd undertaking in North Lanarkshire lately, and its 2nd in Bellshill, following on from Inexperienced Park Gardens.
Preliminary web page preparation begins this month, with building scheduled to start subsequent 12 months. The primary house completions are anticipated in early 2027.
