Whitbread, the landlord of the Premier Inn resort chain, has won affirmation from the Town of Edinburgh Council that it has granted making plans permission for the conversion of Capital Area within the centre of Edinburgh right into a 195-bedroom Premier Inn.
Whitbread will make investments £21m within the conversion and rear extension of the 65,350 sq feet vacant workplace construction.
