Higgins Partnerships has secured making plans permission to a sequence of blocks housing 378 flats for in Somerleyton Street, Brixton.
Development is anticipated to start out in early 2026, with complete of entirety scheduled for 2030.
The improvement is a three way partnership between Higgins Partnerships and the London Borough of Lambeth. Of the 378 apartments, 187 shall be designated as reasonably priced houses, together with 63 cheap additional care houses.
