Wrexham AFC has appointed McLaren Development Midlands and North beneath a pre-construction products and services settlement (PCSA) for the redevelopment of the Kop Stand at its STōK Cae Ras stadium (or Racecourse Floor in English).
Below the PCSA, McLaren Development will lead on creating ultimate designs, tendering subcontractor programs and refining structure timelines and supply methods for the works.
Early works will start later this month. The entire construct programme is scheduled for of completion all over the 2026/27 season.
The 5,500-capacity new Kop Stand, designed through Populous, will building up stadium skill to greater than 18,000 in addition to deliver advanced amenities.
