United Infrastructure, thru its subsidiary UI Social Infrastructure, has secured an £8.2m contract with Phoenix Neighborhood Housing to strengthen the power efficiency rankings of its housing inventory throughout south London.
United Infrastructure is the brand new title for United Dwelling, following a naem exchange this month, whilst UI Social Infrastructure is the brand new title for United Dwelling Belongings Products and services.
Phoenix is a not-for-profit resident-led housing affiliation that manages greater than 7,600 houses in Lewisham. The Phoenix Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 3 retrofit mission helps broader native and nationwide goals to create extra power environment friendly houses.
