UPP, a supplier of on-campus scholar lodging, has appointed Bouygues UK lead contractor for the West Park building on the College of Exeter, following monetary shut.
The West Park building comprises the development of six new scholar lodging blocks and the refurbishment of 1 present block at the college’s Streatham campus. It’ll supply lodging for 1,849 scholars.
The structures are designed through Willmore Iles Architects and Architype to Passivhaus requirements for power potency.
