nima chair Dr Anne Kemp OBE mentioned: “Volunteers had been, and proceed to be, the lifeblood of nima. We couldn’t live on with out them. Our problem is with the ability to determine, mobilise and take care of our volunteers so everybody works in the best way that fits them easiest, delivers what is wanted – and enjoys being related to nima. The present team of vice-chairs perceive this want, but it surely simply doesn’t have sufficient bandwidth to do that in the best way we would love.”
