Washington State College’s Nuclear Science Heart is increasing with a brand new 5,000-sq.-ft. facility housing 3 “sizzling cells” for nuclear analysis. The $7.6 million challenge, funded through a congressional request, will allow analysis into new fuels, isotopes and fabrics for nuclear reactors.
