Pickstock Team has secured a solution to grant making plans permission from the London Borough of Newham for a 355-unit residential scheme at 68-70 Stratford Prime Side road in London.
The Pickstock Team plans to broaden the website itself and can now paintings to finalise the S106 settlement with London Borough of Newham Council and search Level 2 approval from the Higher London Authority.
Technical design and procurement may also now start, with the purpose of beginning development in spring 2026 following construction regulatory approval.
