Gentoo has decided on Esh Building, Re:Gen North East and PHS House Answers to hold out as much as £68m-worth of housing modernisation works.
The scope of labor below the contract comprises substitute of kitchens, toilets, electric rewire works and basic interior refurbishments throughout Gentoo properties in Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington.
The contracts run from 2025 till 2035.
