EMK Capital, a London personal fairness outfit, purchased Keltbray Infrastructure Services and products Restricted (KISL) from Keltbray Holdings in August 2024.
The brand new identify Aureos is styled through the corporate in higher case, AUREOS, rather inevitably, and pronounced Or-ree-oss. It’s described as “an aspirational hybrid” of Aurora, the Latin phrase for daybreak, and Eos, the Greek goddess of the daybreak’.
The corporate itself says that its new identify method “a brand new daybreak” and that it “invokes worth, high quality and excellence”.
Aureos leader government Darren James stated: “I’m specifically proud of the engagement of our prolonged workforce in opting for the brand new corporate identify as we input the following thrilling section of expansion.”
