The Iron Public sale Team held a one-owner sale Oct. 2, 2024, in Charlotte, N.C.
The public sale, held at 10050 Metromont Commercial Blvd., Charlotte, N.C., was once for Metromont Herbal Recycling, dba RJ Brewer Grading. The corporate lately made up our minds to downsize its operation.
“My father kicked the bucket 3 years in the past, and that is the trade that he and my mother constructed in combination and so we’re down-sizing and proceeding to only run Metromont Herbal Recycling,” stated Beverly Brewer of R J Brewer Grading.
The corporate has been in trade for 53 years and over the a long time has labored on many initiatives within the Charlotte space, together with the North Lake Mall and others. “My father, Butch Brewer, began as a tender guy operating tractors on a farm after which moved to clearing yards, grading yards and digging septic tanks and has constructed it into what we have now these days.” CEG
